Get involved

Everyone has a role to play.

No single organisation can change a culture alone. Minds at Peace works as a coalition, connecting the people and organisations already doing this work and giving it greater reach.

Your story could change someone’s decision to ask for help.

For too long, mental health has been discussed mostly in clinical language. Expertise matters, but so does experience. Someone who has lived through depression, anxiety, grief, addiction or burnout can say what statistics cannot: you are not alone.

When we share stories, we protect the dignity, privacy and wellbeing of the people telling them.

For public figures and athletes.

Public figures have extraordinary reach. Used responsibly, it can shift attitudes for millions. We work with selected artists, athletes, creators and leaders to share experiences, support campaigns, raise funds and point people towards professional help.

Authenticity is the only condition.

For content creators.

If you make content that people trust, you can help change how millions think about mental health. Join the UNKAHI creator network for training, clinical guidance and production support, and a role in foundation campaigns.

For professionals.

Psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, sports psychologists, researchers and educators keep our work credible and safe. We welcome your guidance on our content, our programmes and our resource directory.

Minds at Peace is an awareness, advocacy and support-access organisation. It is not an emergency service and does not replace qualified medical or mental-health professionals.

For non-emergency concerns, consider speaking with a qualified mental-health professional. We add numbers only after checking them with the service, and our list grows as our resource directory develops.

UK numbers checked with Samaritans, the NHS and Shout. Rescue 1122 checked with the Punjab Emergency Service. Tele-MANAS checked against Government of India sources. October 2026.
